What is your return and replacement policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for most items. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a free replacement or refund.
Are the instruments inspected before shipping?
Absolutely. Our 'Bajaao Certified' program ensures that guitars and other delicate instruments undergo a rigorous 26-point quality check by our in-house experts before being dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. We also provide No-Cost EMI options and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
